American Christmas is like this: lots of lights, decorations, cold and… even snow! The streets of cities fill with visible signs of this celebration of the year.
Since the beginning of Advent, parishes have been making preparations for Christmas. It is common to see books that help the faithful to live this great solemnity of the birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ, small retreats with the Sacrament of Reconciliation, much music and even performances.
Thus we see in the parish of Long Branch, in the state of New Jersey, at this Christmas show: a night with drama, music and prayer! In particular, with the presence of immigrants from various countries, it is celebrated here in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

"I was inspired to create this special prayer show because our world is in crisis, our families are facing difficulties. I wanted to create a prayer show to lift up the Sacred Family above all our families, so that we can begin to move forward as they did, loving God the Father, this Christmas and in all the days to come."
